What’s Possible?

Field trips at Camp Skyline offer time for students and staff a chance to learn in a new classroom: the wild! Whether you’re looking for a day trip for your class, or a weekend overnight for a team, we could be the place your students forge connections with nature, each other, and themselves.

We have 200 acres of land for exploration, containing numerous trails through woods and meadows, a pond, creek, and boardwalk over a marsh, a farm with goats, chickens, and garden with hoop house, a covered open-air Pavilion, a soccer field, and more!

Camp Skyline is based in being an outdoor experience: while we do have some indoor building space, for day trips we like to give everyone as much time outside as possible. This means, with seasonal and pre-planned exceptions, we run all field trip day programs in our outdoor areas of camp. Please ask if you have specific weather questions or concerns for your visit.

Rates

Skyline Staff Guided Day Program: $16 per student, teachers/Paraprofessionals/support staff free
Skyline staff guide groups, lead programs and activities. Teachers and other chaperones are responsible for emotional, physical, and social student needs, and helping students follow safety instructions.

*This is based on being at camp for 4 to 6 hours, including time for bag lunches and free play.

Overnight Program:
Our school-specific overnight programs are priced on a scale dependent on how many students you plan to bring, how many meals you want Skyline to prepare and serve, and how many hours of Skyline staff-lead programing you would like.

General rate: $153 to $167 per student (see program guide for details this price is based on)
Teachers/Paraprofessionals/support staff: $131 per staff member

Adjustments can be made to meals and amount of Skyline-lead programming to lower rates. Additionally, for groups of 40 or more students, we will apply a 10% discount to lodging & meal total.
