Mushroom and Egg Fried Rice. Vegetarian.

Ingredients: Brown rice, mushrooms, eggs, canola oil, soy sauce (water, soybeans, wheat, salt), sesame oil, carrots, peas, corn, parsley, salt, black pepper, spices.

Keeps Stored in the Freezer up to 3 months.

Heating Instructions: Thaw in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours. When ready to reheat, remove top and cover with foil. Heat in a 350 degree oven for 20-30 minutes or until heated though. Alternatively, sautee on a skillet until hot and steamy.
