Treat yourself to a weekend of healthy community living. Tap into the energy of invigoration that comes with the harvest. Surround yourself with tall trees, open skies, winding trails, and inspiring women.
Take time for solitude, silence, sunlight, moonlight, deep breaths, and wonder. Celebrate, contemplate, re-create, and return centered and energized to thrive in your everyday world.
This is a new retreat, created and adapted to meet the needs of growing demand for Women’s Retreats at Skyline. This retreat focuses on intentionally connecting with body and earth through movement, nourishment, invigorating meditation, and rest. Activity choices include yoga, hiking, low ropes group building, singing, storytelling, campfires, archery, DIY workshops, essential oil workshops, cooking workshops, a drum circle, a candlelit Labyrinth walk, and Reiki sessions. Reiki sessions are limited and require an extra fee. All activities are optional.
Nutritious and delicious meals, snacks, lodging and optional programs are provided from dinner Friday through lunch Sunday.
Lodging is in Focus Hall.
Registration limited to 30 women.

Treat yourself to a weekend of nurturing before the busy-ness of the holidays. Lean toward the restfulness and rootedness of the coming winter. Take time for solitude, silence, stars, moonlight, laughter, friendship, winding trails, and simply rejoicing in the wonders of creation.
Celebrate, contemplate, re-create, and return centered and energized to thrive in your everyday world.
This weekend will look much like the past few years’ November retreats. This retreat is intended to bring healing through rest, sisterhood, meditation, gentle movement, and communal creativity.
Activity choices include yoga, drum circle, singing, campfires, archery, handcrafts, DIY workshops, farm and garden activities, guided hikes, prayer and meditation, nutritional and women’s health guidance, the Labyrinth walk, the Recycle Raffle, T’ai Chi, and a group meditation and Reiki session. All activities are optional.
