Skyline is located in southern Lapeer County, which is in the lower portion of Michigan's thumb, 3 miles southwest of the town of Almont and 8 miles north of Romeo. It is about a 1 hour drive northeast from Birmingham, and 1½ hours north from Detroit. Bishop International Airport is 3/4 hour northwest of Skyline in Flint, and Detroit Metro Airport is 1½ hours southwest. Amtrak is ½ hour northwest in Lapeer or 1 hour south in Birmingham.
